Sumac recently participated in the annual Bakery & Pastry Expo, which was held at the Sarit Center, Westlands. During the event, Sumac was not only an exhibitor, but equally had a representative in the Summit to educate Bakers on how to navigate the tricky financial landscape in order to create the best relationship with banking institutions.
Our Business Development Manager, Eva Muchina, was on hand to deliver a high level presentation to the eager bakers, whilst stressing the need for fiscal discipline, keeping of business records and proper inventory management.
