SUMAC STAFF MEMBERS UNDERGO ESG TRAININGA section of the Staff Members at Sumac Microfinance Bank Ltd underwent a week-long training on Environmental, Social and Governance [ESG], which has become a crucial and essential policy framework for all corporate organizations in the 21st century.
The ongoing ESG training will be undertaken in Cohorts, this being one among the many Cohorts at Sumac, that have successfully undertaken the training. The ultimate intention is to ensure Sumac’s entire fraternity is ESG Compliant.
ESG Certified Trainer Mercy Adero, is the Lead Facilitator for this ESG Training, and has so far done a fantastic job with the Sumac teams that have already been training. Other cohorts are lined up for the training in the coming weeks and months, including the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Staff at large.
